ANDREW  thats my 250 g in the corener it use to have 38mm forks but i have since put in 43mm forks, my mate has a 250 h and it has 465 43mm forks that protrude through the top tree like yours do , my forks are original 250h gear and are shorter in length and do not protude anywhere near as far , what do you mean your not happy with it , mines a racer ,do you plan on racing it or looking at it  ;D ;D

im pretty sure that the h model went 43mm up from the 38mm g model.but i could be wrong ive only got the  owners manual for the 250 and 465g model.i know that the 465g and h had both 43mm but there brake set up was a twin leading design....maybe my old mate dj racing might be able to shed some light on this subject he has helped me out before with heaps of info....oh the resto will be both a racer and a looker by the way..... ;D
