Seems that 1988 models are far and few. Where as the 1989 model were dime a dozen. Not many imported in 88?

88's are rare downunder .I have never seen one over here in NZ and buggar all on Ebay Australia.
They are area great bike (I am biased given I own one -US Import). ;)
