To much Bullshit , hype and access to mummy and daddys gold card and no work ethic or driven passion is the problem .
Theres a young bloke mid 20s from the south island Justin McDonald who could have possibly made it had he had got the breaks, what he lacks in natural talent he more than makes up for with hard work and he is driven . He is a builder and as well as managing his racing here , Aussie and in the US he has built his own succsessfull construction company .
But alas Justin is indeed a rare find these days , for the majority its all about lifestyle , Hiaces with a stereo bigger than the one at the Hammersmith palace when i was their age and excuses.
Go to a junior meeting these days , a kid wins a heat at a local club day and his old mans on the blower to CNN and writing the script for the kids victoy speech at Anaheim 1 2020 .Naturally he kid believes all the hype and thinks thats it, all i gotta do now is wait to be given above said accessories and for the factory offers to roll in .
