I reckon it's a jawa, seeing as it looks close to a Cz where some parts are the same/ similar, yet other parts are completely different.

It's a Russian made Planeta Matrix K16 350 from the late 70's. The engine is an Izhevsk-based Psovskogo motor. Here's another one

Now there's a thought.
Back when I was at Mayfairs p/l they brought in some MZ250 roadies. Holy crap they went and I see some about in pics with sidecars attched from time to time.
So where have they gone and would they make a twin shock mxer?

There's a guy (Murray ??) on the NSW North Coastal area that raced an MZ ISDT Enduro bike at a couple of the early Amaroo Park vintage motocross meets in the late 80's, mid 90's. I was recently told that the bike's been sold so it must be out there somewhere. Over here in the West
 Chapman m/cycle import a few maybe 6 in total MZ road  all dics brake and 1981 Models

Brought one as a wreck still in the shed in the UK their was a race series only for MZ  very fast for a old style 250cc single

Think that ISDT MZ ended up over here in the West Firko
