Yes Bill I have the money to buy a KX now, what mechanically (other than the shocks) is the difference between the $4500 and $7250 bikes?

What bore is each of them on?  When was the big-end done in each of them?

I'll start checking on shipping from NZ now.

Forks and shocks are the only real difference ,and an RM 400 front hub to suit the forks .  The dearer bike will have new nightmare plastics , new chain and sprockets and a new seat cover and new filter element. Also will replace piston, big end and mains on dearer bike so as its fresh .

I won the NZ Livewire champs EVO 250 class on the std one a couple of years ago , so it goes well  :)

If your checking on shipping i can strip and crate up if that helps .

As for oversizes i cant remember what size their on  ??? one is plated so std and the other has been sleeved and i think on .50 OS

Bill couple of questions
Can one fit an A4 tank to an A5
I like that fox bike of yours apart from the suspension what else does it have?

Cheers Slake

Hey Mick i guess you could fit an A4 tank but it would bot fit without some minor frame mods . The A4 tank sits in traditional round rubbers and cups at the front where as the A5 bolts through the frame at the front .

Apart from the Fox bits bugger all really  :) different muffler and an RM 400 front hub to match the forks brake lug.
