Not a bad lineup

    Not a bad lineup in this field 5 Aussie titles and 2 state titles in a field of 7.  Can any of you older blokes put names to them, the track and year?

If thats 809 on the far outside then its Herb Jeffo, 297 is KD and 32 is Jim "Squeeky" Whyman, the guy at the back looks like Greg Primmer and I wouldn't be surprised if Pat Furnance is in there somewhere.
65 - 66 and maybe Heddon Greta but I'm guessing on both.

Must be about '65 'coz Squeeky is not riding his Geoff Coombes Slider and his was one the first oz made ones.
 I'm wondering if is Musswellbrook??  If it is it could be 1963 'coz I think I was there spectating with a broken wrist.

On second look the guy at the back could be Les Burdus.

    Your right Steve it was Les Burdus (BSA) at the back outside Bob Caslick.   809 is Herb (BSA),   297 is Keith Davies (BSA),   32 is Jim Wyman (ESSO),   316 is Kevin Fraser (BSA),    306 is Pat Fernance (JAP)  The track was Salty Creek in 1963 or 64.  Fernance won all of his 7 starts including this final.  Just one of those days when it all went right for him.

I thought maybe Salty but I couldn't remember a grassed area inside the fence.
Now that its pointed out you can tell 316 is Fraz.
What a great shot and heaps of Aus titles in amongst that lot, are there any more?
