Looks a bit lot rough but it's a good basis for a cool project and only $250....you'd get it for $200.
                                                                 
1978 Can Am 125. Turns over and has compression. Kick start shaft has stripped splines. Located in Denver.

Firko, its a Qualifier or maybe with the smaller red tank a Funmachine 125, 1977. Still cheap enough.
