Glen Britza's CZ 250 TP for sale
« on: October 23, 2012, 02:47:18 pm »
Just a heads up guys.
I'm selling the 'jewel in my crown' CZ TP for the princely sum of $15G ono.
OK, it's a lot, but the bike has a proven provinance, signed and authenticated by Glen and with original photos.
Totally rebuilt with mostly original parts bar the GMC chambers (but original header pipes), seat cover, guards, fork boots.  It starts and runs like a dream, even better than a mates. Owners manual, no spares.
It'll be on eblag soon, once I shoot it. Dunno how to put a photo up here, email for a preview shot.
Cheers,
D

It also featured in VMX Mag. No 12 back in 01 so he's had it for a while now.

Jeez Dave, I can't keep up with your names, it's changed again before I could finish typing this :o

As a matter of genuine interest and seeing as though you recognise that "everybody knows the person behind it" why do you change names all the time?

Glen Britza won 5 , 500cc WA State Championships in a row back in the late 60's early 70's.... also raced a sidecar in MX on teh same days..., had a red hunter AMC motor in it... he would take us kids for a lap around the track at the end of the day on the chair..most of the time we had to push it to get it going.. Glen also raced the first 360 Husqvarna Auto that came to Australia in 1976.. Absolute legend...

used to road race the husky, just changed the tyres, that was the 400, got black flagged for passing people on the grass.  When racing sidecars often stopped to change passengers

Hmm undies and poor grammar aside ... I gathered you like to change it but I was genuinely asking why do you like to change it.  Nothing more.  I could make all sorts of guesses or assumptions but thought asking you directly would be the best option.  No sweat but I'd be interested to know exactly why you like to change it.

Simo63, When i was the editor of my own Magazine, I changed the contents around a lot, it may be a habit of mine, I am sorry if you find it a problem.
