It is great that he is coming to race at home again

I was luck enough to be up close to what was the most exciting race I have ever seen and by far more exciting then the GP, on Saturday evening at Phillip Island there were 20 pro open riders on the line 15000 people crammed around a small SX track and everyone held there breath as they went around the first corner and Chad Reed hole shotted. I had goose bumps and I wasnt the only one the Moto Gp Corporation and phillip island group could not believe how many people were interested in the SX and not Gp. Things will be different next time there is promise of grandstands, better security and even being a part of the show instead of being a support act.
Thankyou to all those guys that came out and watched or helped out it was orsome.

Toowoomba next and then Newcastle straight after come along and see the best Sx racing in the world

Cheers

Hi Alison,
I was infield very close to the camera man mostly on the first corner you just get a very brief glimpse at 1.29 luckily he had his wide angle lense on ;D
It was incredible I am very proud of all my team the event went off with out a hitch, I am just getting my voice back after talking for two days straight over the radio

Very cool to see Chad Reed and the other stars racing. Very uncool spectating set up  >:( >:(. Trackside signage blocked out most viewing spots and the dirt piled up for the jumps blocked views across the track. 35 second laps were a bit short also shall we say  ???. The concept is excellent and if they provide better spectating facilities and make the course a bit longer then it will be an awesome addition to the GP. Roll on 2013  :D

Track was shithouse. One dirt mound on one side of track for spectators the rest had to watch from the flat. Record crowds at the Island and the SX was an after-thought from the organisers. So much potential for a festival of all things 2 wheel and they dish up shite like that.
