Try again. 75-77CR250/MT250 barrel with a new piston kit
« on: April 14, 2008, 07:58:36 pm »
just found a crate in the clean up, piston kit is a wiseco 338M07050, 70.50mm, replaces old kit number 338P2, with piston, rings, gudgeon and c/clips. Barrel has been bored to suit. Head has had a circlip or bearing needle in it goin munch munch, still usable but not n.o.s. Is a twin plug with a blanking plug in 1 hole. barrel has a 2 bolt manifold on it with a bolt in the inlet tract??, a 4 bolt exhaust flange, provision for 2 dowls on the L/H side. I'm NOT 100% of which model it is off, hence the description. The piston kit is new box and relatively fresh. $125 plus postage. Further intelligence from the VMX.FBI.CIA.ASIO.KGB has determined it may be an MT250 barrel, it has the exhaust exiting on the R/H side and the head fins are cast down on the R/H side for an up pipe. Piston kit is the same, if barrel no good its $90 for the piston kit and i'll use barrel to throw on back neighbours roof when they got music blasting or to hold crab pots.
