I know nothing about CZ's but that pipe doesn't look right! Or is the pipe correct but the rest of the bike is wrong? Anyone know anything about this bike?

The muffler part looks to have been modified. Also looks to be an enduro pipe ( and maybe bike. I didn't read the description). If its an mx it should have a down pipe.
Should gave read it first. It's an enduro with matching pipe!

If you didn't want a vinduro ride this would be a very good basis for a MX conversion. The close ratio gears will go in without to many hassles, weld up a rear bracket for an underpipe or just get a GMC sidepipe, front sprocket from 15 to 13 ,maybe a 34 Mikuni and you're racing.I think Bert and the boys raced a converted one up here in QLD a few years ago. :)

Firko,I wish the one you sold me had been that nice :D.The one I got from you was an enduro frame but it had an MX motor in it which I sold/swapped with a mate for some other bits.At the moment that frame is housing a '69 4 spd 250 engine, with a hi-point tank and GMC pipe making it a "faux" sidepipe which gets raced as a pre-75.I do have a 988 engine sitting on the bench which I dont really know what to do with, short first and second gear but by the time you get to 5th you're motoring,I asked the CZ guy about swapping the gears over and he reckons no sweat.

That pipe is a silencer off a Suzuki GT500.
That should tell you something about the bike!

I think it is a standard CZ enduro pipe, with MX tank, which I think he admits to in the add,
I have also dealt with this seller with no problems.

Noel, I think you're right. I was convinced it was a GT500 one when I saw the seam on the ebay pics.
My mistake.

David
