I get the same feeling seeing grown men on mini bikes. They may well have been the coolest kid on their street on their XR80 when they were 14 but a 100kg 50 year old riding one around the Classic Dirt track is a bit tragic. Les Barfoot is an exception though....I admire a bloke who goes out and actually competes with the pre 75 125's on an tricked out XR 75 like Les does.

I always found the sight of anyone decked out with body armour, nylons, roost protection and mx helmet riding a spindly little push-bike disturbing......

Sorry no, no Redlines other than V Bars!  Only two other bikes, Moosegoose and a Factroy Team quicksilver frame which is going to be built up into a replica of my 1979 - 1981 race bike.

I did win a Redline Mk II once, but sold it immediately...  ::)
Damn I bet you regret selling that mk 2.I have a 1982 proline project and need some vbars.......

Actually it was only a Frame and Fork set, not a complete bike.  I do have a set of Redline V-bars still, but they are earmarked for the Team Quicksilver build.  They still have my number plate from 1981 on them...  ;D

Well, a have sold a few bikes but still have some, so it's time to get serious again at selling my bikes...

The Bikes that are available for sale now are:

1978 XR75

1981 RM465X with a few extras.  Price $2K firm

1981 RM250X Basket Case (but complete)

1979 KX250A5 (currently partially dissembled from being imported)  VERY Stock and looks to be a low hours original.

These two are not ready, but will be sold eventually:

1983 KX250 (C1?) needs work done to complete.
1982 KX250B x 2  (planning on combining the good bits from both to make one really good one and one that will require extra work)

If you are interested in any of these, please PM or email me.

I would love this, but wouldn't survive the repercussions from the minister of war and finance to be able to ride it  ;D

The A5 is selling for $5K.  It's worth that in my opinon.  Even in this crap market.  ::)

Stupid me rejected two offers of US$5K at Mid Ohio (and at that time the AUD was about 0.85 to the USD) and shipped it into OZ.
