cr250 84 fork oil
« on: September 15, 2012, 12:18:15 pm »
How much fork oil do 84 cr250 forks need?

I thought they were xr600 forks but they are obviously cr because the top clamp has the bolts coming through from the back and the wheel is silver so I am assuming it is 84 from that.

It was on one of my pe400's it is going back on I changed the seals and put in new fork oil but to xr600 specs so I probably may have to much in there will be good to have a pe400 that can stop well. :)

I run 10w 120mm from the top. You can run a bigger air gap if you like a softer fork.

Hey Frosty, once you get your PE to stop well, how are you going to get it to go well, handle well or look nice?  ;D ;D Just kidding it was good to see you on a bike today.

It will do everything well but if it breaks I can ride the xr again.

Yeah it was good to get to a vinduro again even if I wasnt on one of my 400's.
