This weekend sees the BMCC putting on their annual Qld Scramble Championships at Harrisville near Ipswich.
The track is a fantastic open terrain circuit of about 2klm in length and has mostly natural features with 1 or 2 man made bits just to get some air under the wheels.
The Qld sidecars are on the growth and 10 are expected to get to the start gate.
This is great news as we haven't had a full field for a while but things are on the up.
Also, more good news with the purchase of 2 cmore pre90 VMC CR500 outfits from down south, 1 for Geoff Udy and the other for Dan Yung ( son of ex outfit racer and bike shop owner Boyd Yung who campaigned a r/h Maico 490) Both of theses will be based in the Toowoomba region and will therefore raise more awareness in that area.
