Ian did it come from Geelong/Victoria area as there is one still in the box apparently around here his father owned the Yamaha dealership and gave him one he never liked bikes so never uncrated it, have a small lead but working on it, if it is I'll give up asking.

I remember that there was a yamaha DT2 mx for sale on ebay a few years back, his father bought the bike, and he did like it, I remember
talking with the owner about the bike when he was selling it at the time, you could say that the bike was nos, or close to it.

Pratt and Ozborne were the suzuki dealer.Might've been Yamaha earlier than my time.I bought a brand new drz400 04 off them just before they shut shop, peter st#$%^s drove them out of town as well as buying out Gary Obrien Yamaha and killing Gary Adams Honda.

Gary Obrien took over the yamaha dealership in the mid to late 80`s .

36M, Gary opened his first shop in 1981 (I started work for him the day he opened) and I think Pratt and Osbourne still retained Yamaha for a while after that. Gary Adams started in Moorabool st if I remember correctly.

By the way,  what has this got to do with a new DT2MX in a box?

Stan.
