hey guys i know not vmx but i have a rg250 1986 i bought it as unfinished project and it has remained that way..lol
it is missing a few things but what is left is in top condition

i sold the fairings as i was just going to put a single head light on .
there is no key for the bike but the tank is unlocked
the whole bike is very very tidy but has been loosely back together there is no fluids in anything and some of the wiring has not be plugged back up..
it has great compression though and i took off the chambers and had a good look at the pistons and cylinders and they look great
no rust any where and the forks look as good as the day they were made
also missing is the regulator and mufflers but the stock ones are crap anyhow very restrictive
i had a quick look over the bike to get some signs of life , lights and stuff worked but i could get no spark and there was a sign of tampering on one of the plugs from the stator but i have not investigated it any further , but im sure it would not be much as they are a very simple lil bike
i have tried to be as honest about the description as i can they are a great lil bike ..but i already have one.. id prefer to sell $800ono but would be open to trades on a road trail bike, (DT175/200/IT) hence the advertising here
