Good work Queensland, it was a great game. How good was Greg Inglis?, he was the difference between the sides and he's born and bred in NSW. The deal with Queensland is all about passion, the whole state gets on board the Maroon train and are obsessed with them beating the "Cockroaches" to the point that it's the only thing on their minds.

Unfortunately NSW fans don't take it as a do or die situation like Queenslanders do. The success of our sporting teams isn't the giant ego pump to our people as winning is to Queensland (and the Kiwis and their beloved All Blacks). I consider myself a pretty staunch fan of both Rugby codes but I don't fall into a quivering mess when my beloved Rabbitoes, Waratahs, Randwick Galloping Greens or NSW Blues lose a match. Sure there's a bit of disappointment but not to the extent of my Queensland and Kiwi mates when their respective teams go down. I reckon most NSW fans have the same attitude, it's not as important to us as it is to them. I didn't go to bed last night crying into my pyjama sleeves.

Having said that...If we keep the neucleus of that side for next year we'll be that little bit better. Remember, we only have to improve by two points.

Been the first bit of SOO game I've watched since Roy and HG called it a day. Other than what firko said Qld team seems not to be micro managed and largely left alone. That probably why they won all those series, then again when the chips are down you call on the 14th man;)

What a game, the only thing it didn't have was golden point extra time.
QLD are a gun side, close to the best ever but that effort by our boy's last night was pretty bloody good, am I disappointed hell yeah but boy we're getting close. we were very unlucky in game 1 and that was the difference and Inglis of course, turncoat.
Full credit to the Maroon's, they never panic.

No N.S. Welshmen has ever twittered about winning an origin. Twitter just isn't that old!

Nothin worse than a bad winner.

And if ya wondering why the last post is empty, its because I needed to sacrifice it so my actual post would be on a blue background.
