Robin Hall #68 ,I had a look around and metroracing in usa doesn't seem to have the flag jersey.
Also this rider David Muirhead from Queensland maybe in the know.
Our local West Oz CZ riders also have this jersey ~ real catchy 
Lackey had no problem in 69 and got his in from NZud

I seem to recall VMX Unlimited had them a couple of years back, I tried to get one for Jaroslav Falta to sign so I could send one to Eno, but they had run out. Haven't seen them listed since then.

Cz Pete was doing some as well. Not exactly sure of the exact design but were red, white and blue in colour from memory.

Had contact with another CZ rider and he says he got his CZ jersey from  "Flat Rabbit Racing" 10 years ago...anyone know if there is any left overs from this business ??

There's an xl sized 1 listed on ebay at the moment which I've been meaning to ask the seller about alternate sizing but have been holding off until RK Tek send me a bill in the next few days
