Barn find today, Wrecking-Selling KX 125-85 model

Went to deliver wood today and came across this bike, I asked if for sale and it was a yes, price decided in 30 seconds and then it was on my ute    everything is pretty much there, plastic faided but no cracks ( except rear guard ) and will come up a treat with normal plastic resto, the bike turns over and has compression, I was told it run great before seal went on it?? ??, only thing I can see wrong is a butcher job on the crank seal which someone took out without splitting the motor, forks look to be in great condition, lots of good parts on this bike or restore it back to life.

$500 for bike.   Sold

Well done, Mick. Saved another one!   ;D

Shame it's not an '84. It would make a very cool Vinduro bike, I reckon. Give it some lights, a GMC pipe for more bottom end and go riding.  8)
Pity I'm too damn fat for small bores..........  :-\

Whats EBT? ...Every Buggers Treasure..  ;D  ;) Top days find for you and some buyer.Nice find.Guy down the road has about ten pre90 bikes and its frustrating to see him do nothing.cheers A

Every Buggers Treasure  ;D  :D I like that  :)  I can tell you I will make bugger all on the sale of this bike, but i would rather see it out on the track than rusting away in someones back yard....
