Credit to you oldfart that looks great. Can you give us a close up of the rear chain guide I like the look of that is it a KTM part?

No she is a in house fabrication  using a teflon runner on the bottom of the arm much the same as a Rm 250 / 400 T. A section has been welded on the botton of the arm @ the first bolt( rear ward )  and  has a 2 fold effect ...... guide to bolt onto which will not clash with sprocket when adjustment is required  plus a bit of bracing.
I have made a template if anyone wants a copy.

That is a sweet job with the guide, well done. If it is not too much trouble can I get a copy of the guide i would like one on my TM ...doesnt have one at the moment.
