road to the nationals
« on: May 17, 2012, 08:23:55 pm »
I Googled in directions Sydney to Boonah,
and shortest route by nearly an Hour was via Buckets way and Thunder bolts way , passing through Gloucester and Walcha, to Armidale
I understand its a favourite for road bikes,  what's it  like for a Van towing a trailer.

Cheers
Noel

Your right, great road on a bike but l wouldn't tow a trailer that way, you would double your fuel bill, ld come up the coast road to the Gold coast then turn left towards Beaudesert. From there it's about 70-80 Kim about an hour.
IN IT FOR THE FUN OF IT. LIKE MR NIKE SAYS JUST DO IT.

After going from Brisbane to Sydney and back towing a trailer, both the inland road and the coast road, I would have to agree that the coast road would be quicker and cheaper
