Um buy a bigger bike....or  maybe try a serious discussion with Lozza, feel he will be in the know ;)

Ta Tim but I rekon I have it figured out.
If I tune the bike so as it's running perfectly then I adjust the OIL pump so as I get more oil then I rekon I've just got some power for free and the motor will run cooler.  ;D
This idea would work for all 2 strokes that have a oil pump fitted.

What I can't figure is why the hell Suzuki or one of the others didn't think of this at the time. ???

Warren Willing once told me that the easiest way to get more power from an engine was to stretch the wire harder.

For those a little slow his reference was to the cable between the carb and twist grip

What a beautiful little bike the TS90 is...I've got three. Besides resorting to Lozza's porting tool I'd fit a decent pipe and a bigger carb. Those simple things make a world of difference on the little Honcho.

Or you could always ride faster given that the CCI pump is driven off the counter shaft.... or gear the bike down with very small counter shaft sprocket and you get the  best of both worlds.

Inconsistent oil/fuel mixture is why race bikes binned the oil pump, yeah I am surprised Suzuki didn't think of it.

If the ring location pins in a TS100 piston are in the same place (I think they are) you could bore it to take a TS100 piston.

I have a TS100 motor here that was used for road racing. The guy who built was working as a Suzuki mechanic and told me he got the factory hot up specs. The porting looks very std, the rotary valve has been trimmed and he wasn't running a side case (over the carb). It had the standard pipe with the baffle removed. I saw it run and it was quick.

I also have a TS90MX. That's a TS100 with every factory hop up kit part fitted. Carb, clutch cover, rotary valve and housing, stuffed crank, ignition, air-cleaner, cylinder, single ring piston and pipe.

Unfortunately I can't get to any of the parts at present to be able to give you any specs

The older I get, the faster I was

 ;D ;D ;D
Guys I was being facetious and was trying to point out that more oil does not give more power otherwise all the factories would have fitted pumps and run them wound to the stops.

The oil in a two stroke plays a very small part in combustion and a very large part in lubrication.
If you were able to get your hands on a better oil then you would be able to use less of it.
If you guys were to run the synthetic oil I am using  at ratio I am putting in my WATERCOOLED WR in your aircooled bikes then they would go pop.
Then some bright spark would say " that oil is no good or you had your ratios wrong , more is better " when the fact is that the oil I am using was designed for watercooled 2/strokes at higher ratios and you would be insane to use it in an aircooled engine

Back to the little TS90.
I have hotted these up and the rotary valve plays a large part.
100 cyl and piston , altered rotary valve and a decent pipe [remove the oil pump and the oil slinger on the c/shaft ] and you have a little bike that produces more power than a standard TM 125 but is so hard to ride fast. [ short wheel base is fun though ]

Don't over tyre the little flyer, try to find the neat little knobbies that were out when we where young and about, set about reducing the unsprung weight and the power you will no longer hate.
I fears to say cheers :D

Mid 70's modified Suzuki GP 125 dyno graph. Flat torque curve from 9-12,000 super quick even with a 5 sp box and a 24mm carb.

Jesus only loves two strokes

Notice that that 125 is putting out more hp than a later PE250.

You could always trim the rotary valve a bit and do the transfers and exaust ports.........leave carby std as hard to change in side case cover but rejet to suit... did this to a TM 75 in seventies and even with me on it would blow wind up a yz80, and a bit of pipe work. but i must say if i had a nice TS90 i would leave it alone as they are Cute little bikes...
When in DOUBT GAS IT!!!
