YZ125E, RM250T

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.

Really?? I disagree.  Had a 125F back in 1979 and it was the most unreliable sh#tbox I have ever owned.  Sold it mid season and purchased an RM125N and it was light years ahead of the F in every aspect.

I still have YZ's today but if someone gave me a 125F I would either give it away or sell it on.

i'd agree the RM is a better bike.
i had a 125"T" back when they were new and i loved it.
i have a 125F now, although not stock, but i do like it.
each to thier own.

Absolute tosser. Theres one born every day. The sad thing is, that he believes it is a awesome thing. Someone should point him to this forum to look at the above average bikes we have.  :D
I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

yes that is one way to look at it!! and originally i thought the same.

however, i was just thinking another way to look at..

He buys the bike as a non running rust bucket, becuase he had one 30 years ago.
doesnt know about VMX mag or this forum etc etc.
'restores' the bike to his liking.

At least now the bike is saved from death (yes could argue it now needs saving again from its current form) and its a running rideable bike.

Has to be better than loosing another one..

I knew it would be .. the last time I looked it was getting close to $1K and I don't believe anyone in their right mind would of paid that for the thing  ::)
