lost in translation again!    request the noise limit for cmx and cdt be increased to 102 dba.

the request was to bring the discipline of classic mx/dt in line with the discipline of historic road racing in the noise and rpm rulings.classic or historic the two disciplines are the same as they promote the competition of period motorcycle racing.
