« on: April 09, 2012, 09:17:33 pm »
It is with great pleasure that Hunter Motor Cycle Club announce the major sponsor and further details of
the 2012 Mr Vintage Motocross.
Major Sponsor and naming rights: "2012 Maitland Mazda BT-50 Mr Vintage Motocross"
Date: 21 Oct 2012
Venue: Barleigh Ranch, Raymond Terrace

As last year the competition will be open to all riders 30 years of age and over on the date of the event.

There will be 5 classes this year: Pre 75, Pre 80, Evo, Pre 85 & Pre 90 with a Veteran and Masters category in each class.  As last year the veteran and masters category split will be determined by the average of the age of entries for the particular class.

There will be 4 rounds for each class with the "Magoo Challenge" being the final race of the day representing the
best 40 riders of the day from all the classes with the winner taking home an attractive prize money award.

Additionally, there will be a show and shine on the day with prizes to the winner being available.

If there is anyone interested in a stall for the event to either sell items or promote relevant clubs please contact me on [email protected]

Hi Mate,

No supp regs required as it's not an open event, just the event guidelines, which now we have got all club acceptances, can be released.  Go to the link below for the event guidelines.  The event guidelines link is also available on our facebook page.  There is no need to create a google account the sign in screen comes up automatically, just close it.

Hi Guys, This might seem like a stupid question and I am sorry if it is, but I am not clear on the criteria which defines the split between the Pre1980 and the EVO class. I have a 1979 CR250 with twin laid down shocks. Does this mean I can choose which one of these classes I enter?

As we all know, our beloved old bikes aren't always as reliable as we would like so are we allowed to change bikes if a breakdown occurs? Same class with same numbers but different make and/or capacity.
83 KX500, 83 RM250D, Can Am MX2.
