Nationals Launch at HBBB

Hi All,
We are going to launch our Australian Post Classic National Championships at the HBBB Saturday evening at our camp at the speedway track area. We will have supp regs and be able to answer any questions about the event. Look for the 3 metere big banners on our tents
We will have some free beers and soft drinks for those who come and make enquires.Call in and have a chat

Also need help we wont be arriving at track until 9pm on Friday night after getting off the boat from Tassie
is there by chance anyone arriving Thursday who would be able to peg us out a good camp spot down at the speedway track area for our launch. we would need approx 6 x6 for our tents I would pay with beers.

Well done for thinking of that one and hopefully it pays off with both entries and spectators.
Have you considered approaching Tourism Tasmania for assistance?
Might be a bit short notice for HBBB, but maybe they'll help other promotion opportunities?
