Thanks steveo247

I've been meaning to let you all know that I still have the blank OZVMX labels from CD4.  I will be bringing them to CD7 and have them at VMX central.  ;)
AjayVMX could you dig these out again ?

I bought those along to CD8 and no-one used them.   ::)

I think I know where they are, so I'll try to bring them again....  ;)

By the way!

RIDER REGISTRATIONS WILL CLOSE TODAY.  DON'T MISS OUT!  :o

Another important issue:  Riders who have paid a rider registration fee who find that they cannot make it to the event for some unexpected reason need to advise VMX by email ([email protected]) PRIOR to the event and their registration fee will be happily refunded. Refunds of rider registration fees for people who do not turn up at the event, or decide not to ride without prior notice to the event starting will not be possible.

Regarding CD9 Rider Registrations:  There are a number of people who have registered for 2 people, but have only provided one rider's name.

All people who have registered in this manner have been sent 2 emails about this, asking for the second (or third) riders names.

Please be aware that unless the second rider's name is advised, it is possible that the second registration will not be recorded and that rider will not be considered to have been registered.  We need to all registration numbers allocated to individual riders, so it is imperative that we receive advice of the rider's names tomorrow morning at the latest.  ::)

Saying that you weren't told ISN'T an option.  ;)

I'm sure that when your mate turns up to the sign on table and is told that their name isn't on registered riders list, they will be pretty disappointed...  :o

Damn. Wish I was going after reading this thread.
I keep saying "next year".

I heard there is usually a Swapmeet there?
Would there be much in the way of engines for sale  eg- YZ465 or RM465/500 ?

Unfortunitely can't make this one due to work committements so I guess the toys will stay in the shed until next year. At least this gives me enough time build my little KX 125 A6 before the next one, have fun guys.
Let's face it some dirt bikes were never meant to be ridden.

I plan to wear my front number plates around my neck like a dog tag. After a few Beams that is. Feel free to join the trend ;D

I started at the beginning of the year intending to bring three new bikes and a Maico for the Maico display  but my various trips to hospital during the year sucked up a lot of shed time and saw that I never quite finished the newbie bikes, causing the plan to change to two Maicos and two DT1's. Unfortunately time once again disappeared so the bike list is now whittled it down to two old Maicos and some swapmeet stuff. This is the first CD since CD3 that I haven't debuted a new bike but I'm not stressing it. After a really shitty year I'm just glad to have the opportunity to to be there catching up with everyone....the bikes have become secondary. I'm really looking forward to catching up with old mates and meeting new plenty of ones, see ya Friday ;D

I know how you feel firko about trying to have a new bike ready for CD9, I have just finished the assembly of the DG MONOSHOCK XR75 today, tank and guards were painted last night and left in the spray booth oven over night, picked them up a 6am this morning, been stressing the the last 2 weeks, crashing into a dumb ass P plater last week (his fault) causing $3000 damage to my 4WD did not help, will have it repaired after CD9 ???

Anyone (else) planning on taking a trials bike?
My taste- and style-challenged TY175 has made it out of the shed for the first time in years. A few minor repairs and she's good to go.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
