Well, got the bikes finished, test them next weekend and then look out Classic Dirt. Just 5 weeks to go, and counting.

The IT 175, a complete refresh so should be good to go.

The cheapie RM250 with some new clothes, fresh tyres and a bit of polish.

OK, OK, so I haven't got a chain on either of them yet. Geez you blokes are picky.

I will be test riding the RM this weekend after the remarkable serendipity of finding someone on the forum to swap air filter cages with. That blew me away.

Now, just 4 weeks till CD9, how good is that? I'm positively salivating at the chance to go to a new venue, to have some great grasstrack and singletrack to ride, and to just soak up the atmosphere. For a whole three days too!

This year I am bringing along the camera and I plan to take a zillion photos. By the way, anyone photographing the action on the track, make sure you get a pic of the RM250T with white sidepanels (although I may just pop some numbers on there too - 53 I reckon). The only caveat - you have to make sure that you get a photo that makes it look like I have a clue about how to ride a dirtbike. Most photos make me look like I'm on my way to the shops for a bottle of milk. In my mind I am slamming into that berm and powering out, but the photo shows me about 5 degress off vertical, one leg dragging and this little puff of dust off the rear wheel...

Yes its funny how ya think your were flying until the photos come out, as long as you can laugh at your self. Hope all goes well so you can kick back until CD9.
