The entrance gate is a few hundred metres further along, towards the highway, than where the arrow indicates.

Yes, that's closer.  The driveway closest to there is the one (50m back the other way).

A quick update on Legends attending CD9.  I have had a definite YES so far from:

Anthony Gunter, Geoff Ballard, Laurie Alderton, Jeff Leisk, Ray Vandenberg, Mark Hill, Graeme Smythe, Robert Scott, Phil Eldridge, Stuart Bennett, David Armstrong, Shawn Giles, Ele Knowles and Frank Wheeler.

More to come, stay tuned.

Ken

Doggy Digger have you got any Elle Knowles pic's in your National Pic museum.  :P
Some may remember buying there first pair of race leathers from Elle on the east coast of Aust.
Quote:Ele was deceptively quick, I remember once following her for about 3 laps at Amaroo before I got past her! She's still around, runs Jonothan Knowles clocks and is doing pretty well. I had a chat with her at CD6 and she's still the all American girl despite being here for nearly 40 years!

Mark Hill ... 1980 at Broadford, in the rain.    RM465X.   This had a works kit.   (Suzuki's answer at the time to combat works bikes)   It consisted of hand made pipe and muffler, front forks and rear shocks.   Hill had kits on all three bikes: 125,250,465.   The 125 also came with different ignition.   He still has the 125 pipe and the 465 muffler.

Best is in the West !!

No, Geoff won't be setting out the tracks until a week or so prior to the event, so they will still be 'brand new' when the gates open.
