That's why i mentioned the floating / fixed brake.
I had a XC at one staged , untouched / messed with prior to us getting it and it was matching numbers , no engine protection on underside of frame , no rear frame loop and floating rear brake , yet the frame and engine and frame numbers showed it to be a genuine XC. It happens sometimes with Husky's.
Until recently ,I also had a 83 CR 250 with WR ignition , complete with compliance plate.
