pre 85 machines

I have notice in the last 3 months or more there has been a large number of pre 85 mx bike up for sale, are these riders moving into pre90 bikes or just selling up and moving on.

There's a huge amount of pre 85 bikes being imported from the US and flooding the market here..

Agree when combined with the current economic conditions that sees many "cashing in" their toys.  Owners of older bikes might arguably be older (sorry if that offends not meant to) and likely to be more set up than those interested in the pre 85 stuff who are likely to be a bit younger and still have a mortgage, kids etc.  So it might just be priorities.

It's the only bike that I've nearly fallen asleep riding. It is however very fast (that's gunna leave a few people confused...)

yeah ross but its scared of hondas is it not the last time a honda went near it it ran away into the scrub ;D ;D ;D

If I hadn't been there to slow that Honda down Andy, it would've ended up in the Yanakie Caravan Park..... ::)

Try DDR, Shoreline motorcycles, a handfull of other inporters as well as Ebay...

DDR seems to be getting better on that front - presumably for all of the market driven reasons. They're like a used car dealer, really - you pay more for the relative convenience.

The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
