MX125C stuff. SOLD!
« on: March 07, 2012, 09:01:14 am »
Sold!
Abandoned project...

I do NOT have the tank, exhaust or airbox!

What I do have:
Genuine MX-C frame with DT125 number stamped in (and DT125 motor still fitted)...
Swing arm;
Rear mudflap;
Two pairs of rear shocks (one pair appears very good, others so-so);
Both side covers (rough but useable);
Recovered MX-C seat;
Very good MX-C/YZ125C forks - recently had seals replaced;
Triple clamps;
New VMX plastics front number plate;
Genuine 565 MX-C cylinder head;
Straight original handlebars;
Original owner's manual;
Two new old style square block tyres (3.00 and 4.00);
YZ125C motor stuff (need to check exactly what's there);
30mm carby;
Wheels.

Will sell complete or seperate - the main items of value are the forks and YZ-C motor stuff. Without those, you can have everything else for $200.

In Yass, southern NSW.

Nathan.

SOLD!

Good question - will have to see what motor stuff is there, before I can answer it.

Thinking around $350 all-up if there's enough to build a complete motor (before anyone asks: No, I'm not going to sell the forks and motor stuff for $150 by themselves).

Should also mention that there's other pairs of rusty forks that I'd include in the $200 deal.

There is a complete motor, possibly sans top end (just gotta make sure that I supplied the top end with the 125C I sold to a mate). Rod feels good, no signs of drama with the gearbox stuff. Cases seemed good based on a quick look.

Complete ignition is there, although the CDI box has some shortened wires and ugly connectors. Unknown condition.

No kick-start lever.

To be clear for Freaky: This is 100% an MX125C frame.

while we're on the subject of MX125C's,
how many were actually made?
and what countries got them?
i've heard they're a pretty rare thing...

TM Bill has/had one.
Holeshot Buddy has/had one.
You've got one.
Tim knows of one.
And then this one of mine.

They're the only ones I know of.
