I bet nobody knew Loris Caparossi listed his 414 as one of his favourite bikes, think he still has his.

I know where you can get a stand for your VF to lock it to the ground for free....lol, I bolted my VF to the ground as insurance was not able to be obtained as it was not a reged bike the car/bike insurance didn't want to know and not covered under has and contents as it was a Vehicle. I have just crossed over to honda instead of montesa CR250 1989...

Loris has always been a favourite rider of mine 8) Now he is even higher in my estimation.  ;D

I have all my VMX and twin shockers insured with Shannon's. They are covered for loss or damage all the time except when actually being ridden. fire, theft, accidental damage during transport etc etc. 10 bikes cost $740pa good value I think.

Unfortunately unless you live out Penrith way I can not pick the stand up in the near future.

Thank you for your replies lads  :) Well I have got back from the bike show and I,m up for doing another one  :) I only heard one lad giving my bike a hard time  >:( but then again you cannot please everyone, On the plus side I had a lot of people saying well done and what a fantastic bike, A few said they rode one back in the early 80's and wished they still had it. Also had one lad wanting to buy it there and then  ;D I turned his offer down  ;) Only down side was mine was the only montesa in the whole show  :(

I had the photo shoot done with Tim Britton from classic dirt bike mag so I have to wait now to see what they use in the magazine. I will try and post some pics of a few bike from the show in a bit

A very nice bultaco which was for sale but my funds would not stretch to it  :-[

Some rare bultaco trial bikes

My girl before the shoot :)

Tim Britton and camera man at the start of the shoot, I did not take anymore just in casr they told me off for the extra flashes  :D

I know it dose not belong in here but this was a very clean 82 cr250

Also a very clean 92 ktm

I have loads of pics of the weekend of the road bikes from Lc's to ex GP bikes so if anyone would like to see them send me your e-mail address and i will send them to you or if you are on facebook i will can tag you in the photo album  ;)

Yep those Ossa 'Grippers' look the goods and are very sort after in the UK and Spain. They were (bright) yellow one year and (bright bright) orange the other. The shock mounting gave an unusal leverage rate change through the swinarm arc. Would not have a clue if it is rising, falling or or some combination. I think they look bloody 'grouse' anyway. I knew that word I picked up at HBBB would come in handy ;D
