If that exhaust mount is not available, it looks like a commom Yammie one, they've used it since MXB yamahas and I think its still current.

That exhaust mount used is a Honda part. #18355-KS6-000
Also used on the head mount.

Hi Tony it is a mont 315  ;) I did have a 349 which I rebuilt but I had to get rid of a toy to fit the 414 in the garage  :( I need a double garage lol

Top job Simon ;). I have one as well (I did have three up untill last year ::)). These things are pretty rare and it's good to see you bringing one back from the edge. One of the nicest bikes to fly through the air on :).

Thank you for them pics montynut  :) I will look into getting a new mount fitted to the frame  ;) Do you have a pic of the break pedal plate?? or a link to a shop that might sell them?

What is your problem with the rear brake lever? I dont fully understand what you need to know.?

Hi Sandy I,m not sure what connects the rear break pedal to the plastic cord to the rear brake, I could do with a pic of what i,m missing or a link to a shop that might have what I need  :) I will pm you my number mate  ;)

Well I,ve ordered a new tail pipe and a set of plastics for my old girl, Fingers crossed they might turn up next week  ;D ;D ;D I am dropping my wheels off tomorrow to be re-built as well  ;D Does anyone know where I can get a set of brake shoes from in the uk? Also I need to find a air filter cage ???

How do you get the black paint on the engine so good, are they spray with heat resistance paint and then baked in the oven.

Thank you for the positive remarks on my paint job  :) Believe it or not I just used PJ1 engine paint and sprayed the cases under a heat lamp in my garage  ;)

Before I take my hubs to be powdercoated this week, can anyone tell me if they're meant to be matt or gloss - I'm unable to tell from the current state of my hubs which it is?
