Reedy Crashes out at Dallas

Reedy crashes out challenging for the lead against Villapoto.... Does not look good. :(

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.

Yep, it's a bummer. And he was really on the gas today, I reckon he had RV's measure. Could be wrong but it looks like he hesitates a little when he sees that guy to his left. Just enough to drop the front a little early... I hope it's not serious and he can ride next weekend. But man, he has such bad luck. Every time he really gets on it, some stupid little thing happens. Mind you, the same happens to JS7 too.

Hard to bet against Villipoto at this stage, but plenty of races left!

7 races into the series and Chad seems to be the only one "stepping up" to Villopoto's level.
the guy just sets a high standard for himself and this time it bit him.
here's hoping he still has some health to work with.
where's the other so called "fast guys" right now?

Doesn't sound too flash. Broken ribs, T6 vertebra, ACL and Tib/Fib.
He was flying again this year. Just hope he feels like returning to the track.

"Well I spent the day in the hospital yesterday here's the damage.. 2 broken ribs, broken spinous T6. Torn ACL and fractured tib fib..."

No timetable has been set for his return.

Chad is one tough S.O.B.!  After watching it in slow motion I was amazed he was even able to get up.

What a pisser, his riding has been fast and fantastic to watch will leave a real whole in the field.

Now his business cap will be on, who will get the Two Two motorsports ride?????

Chad would be the first to say the team comes first, will be interesting to see who steps up, he was been doing a lot with Wilson of late but would depend on the Kawa contract he has.

Another biker going to v8 supercars me thinks :)

Hasn't been a flood of 'bikers' taking that route... Gardner [yes], Doohan [had a test], Bayliss [2 races], Stoner [had a test] and Reed [had a test].

Not really a flood, barely even a trickle...  :D

But having said that, I would prefer the Chadster to take that path than end up really hurting himself... he would give the car guys a bit of a shake up [if they gave him enough testing]...  Good luck to him what ever he decides.
