Which to ride.
« on: December 23, 2011, 02:43:44 pm »
I have decided to do the pre '78 Nats and while I have my pre '78 bike organised, I'll take a pre '75 bike as well, but which one? At the moment in front of me I have 3 to choose from: '74 Can Am 250 MX1, '73 Husqvarna CR250 & '74 Kawasaki KX250. I have a '74 Pursang 250 (the actual bike in the Shannons ad) but it's staying put because I'm not keen on right side shift. Which one should I take?
Cheers,
K

The one that is going to give you most greif on the start line ;D
so I have a better chance of being in front of you.

My personal choice would be Kx 250....    purely because I had one in the day.

I'd go the Husky or Can Am, like Gary said the KX's were never much good, i don't know why people now think they're a great bike.
