............and a small army of henchmen in spivvy matching outfits, a bevey of female assistants, a large wall of tv screens showing various locations in the world, your chair will need a few buttons that make trap doors open and poison darts to fire out of the wall...............................have I forgot anything    ;D

The perfect spot to keep a VMX collection and a good wine collection-underground-constant temp and out of sunlight.
The runway would be a great spot for doing plug-chops and the surrounding forest ideal for a six-day re-run.
