PE 175 84 shock

this seems a bit of an odd ball for parts ,any ideas on a replacement shock or rm shock that may fit ,it currently has a kawasaki in there but thankfully its been bolted only in at the bottom and the shaft is cactus ,could"nt find an original shock for it at this point

Parts are available. New seal heads, o-rings etc can be bought. Seal heads can be found on ebay. Places like Teknik here and Race Tech in USA have the parts. There has been plenty of discussion on these shocks on PE forum. Some guys have rebuilt them. I am talking about th US model with remote reservoir though. The australian model with no reservoir may be non rebuildable? (with out a lot of work anyway)

I assume the 84 is the same as the Z and D models. If so they are rebuildable, no problems. I had mine done by RAD Shocky repairs in Brisbane.

Still if you dont have the original shock this doesnt help you. Maybe a similar era RM125 shock would fit?
