as a Vicco I also thought the rules as follows.
put your head near other blokes arses
do a prostrate check to distract the player
jump on the bloke with the ball and try and maim him
not the smartest blokes around, but they can lift heavy things
oh and just in case your wondering, i don't follow any of the codes
