I only check it when I'm depressed.  There's at least 124 people out there who think I'm awesome.

Has scrap metal suddenly jumped in price or something-some prick emptied my old muffler bin out over the weekend-and I'll tell you straight, if anything was any good I would have kept it-must be my farm upbringing but I find it hard to toss away anything that might come in handy :D :D :D

I've made 971 eBay transactions since March 2000 of which at least 90% of them are purchases. Although I've bought some great stuff over the years, there are a lot of things I could have done quite OK without. Sometimes I ask myself "What was I thinking"? with some of the stuff I've bought ???. Admittedly, I buy much of my clothing (Levi's for $10, t shirts for as low as a buck) and fair bit of other non motorcycling stuff but I'd have had a far less 'interesting' collection of bikes and parts without eBay.

Because I've accumulated a lot of stuff that I'll never get to or don't fit my current plans I'm slowly and surely assembling a fair lump of my assembled stash to sell off. I was planning for that to occur around now but my current mobility issues have prevented me keeping up to schedule so it'll now happen when it happens. Meanwhile....I'm currently bidding on three items so nothing changes ;D.

Looking back at the older page of my Ebay history is kind of amusing:
Brake cable that I have NFI what bike it went on.
Two pairs of crappy handguards from my Ebay nemisis, that I can't use.
The Fiat 124 project car that I haven't really progressed (have accumulated more parts for it though).
Buying the exact same handguards from the same c$%t because he relisted them (only paid once).
Fiat rear bumper that a mate never picked up for me, $75 wasted.
The DT100 that I sold six months ago.
A $122 IT175 that I have NFI what/where/why...
A Volvo 242GT that I sold 18 months ago.
The "DT175"s that were actually an IT175 and a YZ125, only have the bare YZ frame left.

They all seemed like 'must have' purchases at the time...

Where? The average punter gets $85/ton here ATM. I've got an account and still only get $115/ton.

The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
