1977 elsinore enduro

Does anyone know much about these bikes..1977 honda elsinore enduro . they came with an up pipe and according to a bloke who just bought one there were only about 40 sold in Australia. I was surprised to see one in his garage when I went to pick up my bike from his workshop yesterday, but then again I don,t know much about Hondas......

mr250 only made for 1 year.parts interchange with crs.i have a motor and up pipe for 1

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.
