Well its been a bit of a while since the old 125 came out of its box, like any good build it has about 50 more things to do, like finding the &^^% brake arms/ ;D

Who made your pipe .....It's different .
The swing arm adds character to it , I like it
Front guard definitely needs to be changed .

I like the swingarm , nobody else will have one  ;D , IMO I would try and paint it and see if it improved. Is that kick starter correct?

motor was original bore and $150, frame $80 so while not being budget build is not that crazy/ I think the arm needs a good polish

Imo bike look's good ! but looks to me like the back of the front guard would catch the  tyre on full compression because of the header being so short and high compared to original ,  maybe need to trim and adjust the guard (or replace with trimmed Tony D ;)  ! iam with frosty on painting the "God Arm" black might mellow it a bit   :)

If you are going to fit something like that arm, you leave it silver and visible.
else get rid of it...

bike looks OK as is, if you get rid of the huge seat logo, the poxy handlebars, the hideously anti-social joke muffler and the ugly blue of the shocks.

Fu*k em all Marc. The bike's just fine as it is.  ;) It's the bike you built. Let 'em build their own cookie cutter "mine's the same as yours" bikes and you go on building what you want, how you want it. ::)
