Going by the brochures dry weight ,about AUD$ 77.80 scrap 4.00pm 11/02/2008 at Smorgons metal recycling.
Caps a "how much is it worth" is really a senseless  "how long is a piece of string" question. A Machine is worth lots to sell and buyers want it for SFA. Ask yourself how much do i want it?, and how much can/will I pay for it.  Sorry if I have upset the applecart but people keep asking the same  patently dumb question instead of negotiating/ haggling with the other party to reach yes or no. ;) Cheers Tim  ( ya YZ100 is still here and safe)
I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.

Caps, that sounds like a 76' TT500C.

I understand they are getting harder to find (plenty of XT's) but I'd not like to put a price on it.

Like Paul said, check the frame/engine No. If they match that's good. If it starts with 583 it's a TT, if it's 1E6 it's an XT.

I recently paid $1000 for a tidy G model XT (80) and a C (76) in a box.

Those 76 TT500s are shitty old things and worth bugger all. I wouldn't mind one to use for a boat anchor though. Tell you what, I'd go to $50. Just let the seller know I'll take it for that and cover his costs for freight. I'm sure he'd be glad to get rid of the crap and stop cluttering the place up. A bloke up this way got given a 77 model for nix, but he's probably just taken it to be kind. I think he's gonna use it to hold the back shed up.

I meant I'd take it if he paid me $50, Brent.
