« on: May 15, 2011, 10:06:07 pm »
And its a crap-box.

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/YAMAHA-YZ-125-X-/260784600396?pt=AU_Motorcycles&hash=item3cb7f9354c

I particularly like the backwards sidepanels.

I wonder what's holding those sidecovers on..he's probably baffled why the bolt holes don't line up. Talk about a rocket scientist :D

I'll agree whole-heartedly with you on that one Nathan....how do you get the sidecovers on the wrong sides?....he's even got the owners manual open on a page that shows how they go....rusty spokes...must have a thick hide asking that sort of dough. ???

the seat cover's the best part of it.
just looking at the nuts 'n' bolts of this bike, it looks like it's been "touched up" with a can of black and then had the plastics etc bolted back on. dawongwaywound.
i just wish one of my bikes had been in a movie... ::)

The dill has even cut out the sidecover so the kickstart clears it.... I mean, that is purposeful stupidity...

For 8K you'd be expecting at least a little craftmanship and the bike to have ALL the bits like rubber covers on the fork caps etc, correct number plate, and on and on and on - not to have the entire bike coated in a can of fiddly bits!

He went to a lot of trouble cutting up the nice sidecovers and bodging the mounts to get them on - very industrious. Surely someone would have told him.....I guess not ::)  Is the rear guard mounted crooked or the frame bent?

Hhmmm....how much for the leeddel dog?
WANTED. Canams;all models,complete or parts.SWM stuff too!

I actually began typing a 'you are dreaming/did you slip an extra zero in?' email to send him, but before I finished it, I decided that there was no point.
Might finish it tonight and see what response I get...

You never know , generally on here were all anoraks or purist with a knowledge of whats what  ;) but just say for arguments sake wealthy bugger or recent lottery winner surfing ebay stumbles across it , had one as a kid money no object up for impulse purchases it looks shiny so he buys it .
OK about as likley as me winning the lottery (i dont play lotteries so that aint gonna happen) but what if  ??? It could happen , no harm in trying he can always reduce the price significantly but why not try his luck  :)

If anyone has seen the movie Breaker Breaker with Chuck Norris at the start of the movie you can see the same bike.
That guy is a liar. There is no way Chuck Norris would be seen anywhere near a Yamaha!
