Some 200  XR? model comes to mind. Ring Brad he knows and when you find out let us know as I need to get a few more.

I have a full set that i haven't used. You need to file the fingers to fit.
I am currently using the brass sintered set and have no problem with slip or drag.
Most issues are the cam section of the actuator (they fail, ala cd7 photo in VMX for me).
But have also seen, while sorting clutch out, that the bearings (which u can't get as they are some special number - but i do believe brad has found a polaris bearing that is the same now) allow too much movement sideways when you pull the lever as they are wornout, hence you lose some of the stroke to push the pressure plate clear.
I had a box full of used ones and used to sift through trying to find the best of a bad bunch.

On the subject of that ridiculous plastic clutch release cover arrangement, has anyone ever had one made from billet?

That should solve the problem of the whole thing warping and crushing and improve the clutch action no end.

Dennis gave me the Honda part number that has changed since he got it from Brad. The number is 22201-ke1 000. PC of course Brad has made an aluminium replica of the clutch actuator housing but I don't know what he is up to with them now.

I'm working on making aluminum ones there are a few ways of doing this but it can be done. Hopefully late in the year. It would speed things up if I knew how where needed?
If I'm just making them for Brad and myself is one thing if I could sell another 20 I can do it much quicker.

I do have some chain guides inserts for pre 80 if you need any I will bring some to CD8

Slake,

When i get back from the states i will send you a later version of the actuator that i have, uses a worm gear drive instead of the flexy cam.

Ok I found some clutch plates that will work ( You have to file down the first two because of the KTM tapper basket )
