QVMX Round 2 Club Champs 15 May
« on: May 08, 2011, 09:20:29 pm »
Hey guys, Russ and I went up to Coles Ck yesturday and slashed the track. Track length is 1.850klms :D and has a few "RUSTY OFF CAMBERS" ::) we have kept it fast and flowing. The gully is holding water so we have kept clear of it, but still managed to make it a descent length. ;D  The grass is 4ft tall so it has a natural barrier all around the track. Bring a rake with you as we may need to clear the loose grass from some of the corners.

There is quite a gathering of folk that will be camping there Sat night so bring your swag, stay and advoid the early drive up.

If the passengers stands up. he might just see above the grass. Maybe if I put a mowing deck on the Wasp, we'll be able to 'clean up' :D :D

I won't be there, unfortunately, so my Championship points tally will not improve :'( .

Given the Kato's ignition idiosyncrasies, it's possible actual attendance wouldn't have made a lick of difference anyway...

Sounds like a blast in the grass with the weather the way it is, have fun.

Big thanks to all those who made this meeting happen.

Good track (no dust but the grass was a bit long)
Well run event
Good work by all involved.
Just can't bet Coles Creek as a venue.
