thanks guys, the bike i've bought was still rego'd in qld, fairly good and straight , looks like it's never been off road, umarked tank and side panels just a bit of rust around the speedo plate and backs of speedo and tacko, the pipe is umarked but a bit rusty and still has org silincer, i will start the resto next week and I will see if i need the pipe thanks Iainyz, iIve been looking for one of these for over 4 years now as this is what I used to dink my wife around on back in the 70's, thaught her ride on it as well and she came everywhere with me on it, I'm actually going to do a search to see if it happens to be my old bike, it's come out the same area i sold it back in the early 80's, that would be uncanny.

cheers Trev

yep, it was only worth $1000, but it's all there and it's what ive been looking for, so i will just live with the fact i paid too much.

anyway, i sold 6 bikes last year, so now i'm back to a bakers dozen.

cheers trev,

Yeah, but from what I saw, it was very original.  I agree about the value, but sometimes it's worth over the odds to get something that has sentimental value.
