So, I'm after a bike I can rego, and this has to be sacrificed, before I get to kill myself off the road.
I am still waiting for the back wheel to come back from getting insert put into bearing housing.
I bought it from a dealer west of Brisbane a few months back who had done $1500 work on it,but owner couldn't pay so he put it up for sale. The dealer repaired waterpump...sort of, ton of devcon or similar, it is sealed now, but couldn't vouch how long it will last. Be worth getting a new one.
New rims, spokes and tyres
Plastics.
Graphics.
Seat cover.
Front and rear suspension rebuilt, with new bushes, seals.
New top end rebuild.Pictures tell a thousand words.
Would very much consider a trade for a regoable evo/pre '85/90 250 or big bore....except a PE, sorry just don't do it for me.
