I'm having trouble installing my clutch cable. Is it normal for shaft where the clutch release arm sits to move up and down. Also when I pull in the clutch lever it doesn't spring back. What have I done wrong? The motor has just been rebuilt I hope they have done it right.

Dodgee bloody Suzuki, that's your problem.
Definately something wrong, what about a pic of clutch arm position.
