They run fenza ignition or mono plate. l think fenza is points.

Electronic, but not sure if its femsa or motoplat. I think femsa for Mk5 at least.

Mk6's run Femsa Electronic.
My Mk6 325cc runs a Femsa single plug (250cc GEA1-10,ELC1-4) system,
the original twin plug systems (GEA1-10,ELC2-5) usually failed years ago.
A points system will still work OK on these bikes.

My MK-5 runs femsa points, same era astro (72-73' mod 90) runs femsa electronic
